Yoga and Well-being Workshop: Saturday 2 August 1-4pm

Join us for our immersive Yoga and Well-being Workshop (suitable for all ages and levels of practice, including beginners).

Through this 3-hour session, we will guide you through a journey of personal reflection and  growth. Our workshop emphasises the importance of living deeply and mindfully, rather than simply moving through life at a fast pace. It reminds us of the importance of taking time to restore energy through sleep, rest, and relaxation.

During the session, you will explore a range of yoga and meditation practices, including laughter and restorative yoga,  and  will be invited to establish personal wellbeing goals to help you live the life you want to lead. Yoga and Wellbeing event

Yoga-based, well-being coaching can help you set and achieve personal and career goals through mindfulness, good nutrition, self-care, rest and gentle movement.  Your coach, Deb, is a qualified and experienced yoga teacher, change manager, coach and nutritional therapist.
