This weekly class is free to frontline workers: incl: police, firefighters, paramedics, Defence force members, medical professionals, RFS/SES volunteers and their supporters. It will be taught with trauma sensitive guidelines and is suitable for those with stress, anxiety and PTSD. The classes focus on developing mental and physical strength and are suitable for all levels including beginners.
Members of the public are very welcome to attend by donation, with 100 per cent of proceeds going to Frontline Yoga.
