Are you a frontline worker?
Join us for our free 45 minute class for frontline workers: incl: police, firefighters, paramedics, Defence force members, medical professionals, RFS/SES volunteers (current or ex-servicing) and their supporters.
Members of the public are welcome by donation. All classes are taught with trauma sensitive guidelines and are suitable for those with stress, anxiety and PTSD. The classes focus on developing mental and physical strength and are suitable for all levels including beginners.
Classes are held Mondays 7:30pm - 8:15pm. Everything is supplied, but bring a mat if you have one and wear comfortable clothing. See torrenscommunityyoga.com.au to contact us or for details on other classes.
